Hello Matt

This has actually been happening with our version 3.2 admin GUI's both in
Houston and in Portland. So far, we've worked around it either by direct
registry editing or by ignoring the error dialog box and selecting the host that
the admin client is running on as the client to edit. This means that each
client would need the admin client in order for the panels to be accessible but
hey, it's a workaround.

We were hoping that upgrading to 3.4 might improve the situation.

All,

I am experiencing another problem with the admin GUI when I go to
start "Configure Netbackup" update client "R/W". The system comes back with
a "Host "nodename" is not responding" error. This has only been happening
since we have upgraded from 3.2. to 3.4. What do you recommend in this
situation? I have tried to cycle both systems and have verified the
configurations with no avail. Let me know what you all find. Is there a
patch out there for this issue? Thanks
