What blue screen are you getting ?

   If you are using OTM, try uninstalling it.

  We are having the following problem with W2k AS, Netbackup 3.4

 STOP 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x00323935,0x00000000,0x00323935)

   KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED


If we uninstall OTM, no blue screens.

The culprit seems to be the Clariion LP8000 Driver.
