I have not installed the patch on these systems yet and since our Change
Manager has left for the day it looks as if it will have to wait. It was
strange though that it worked for 2 days fine and then this has been coming
up. I have increased the cache size for now to see if this helps and I will
install the patch tomorrow. 

I found a reference to this problem that says the patch J0820326 would
resolve this. I currently have the Junbo patch J0820363 which I believe is
the latest. Would this one also resolve the problem or do I need to install
both?

I believe I have seen this when the index file that get's created on
the server (/usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/*/*/*.f) goes above 2GB.
If you're not on the latest jumbo patch, which includes the fix for the
2GB issue, you should upgrade to it.  I don't remember which jumbo
patch that was...

And if you're running it on a 2.5.1 system, you would need to split
up your class into smaller pieces (if it's the 2GB issue) so that
the index file doesn't get so big.

Other things that could do this is a full filesystem where those index
files are getting created, running out of mutexes, etc.
