As you said for routine recovery/restore is possible via script the process.
Could you please send example of RMAN backup restore (AIX) script that will
send a mail at the start and in the end.
I will be grateful to you for this favor.

Unfortunately, there is no such notification.
The most obvious reason is that such process is monitored anyway. Do not forget
that this is best practice as one should always monitor the server - it might
be that NW will just sit and wait for a missing media.
However, if you want to recover a known file/directory/filesystem from the
command line from the command line, for example a 'routine recovery', you could
of course script the process and send a mail at the start and in the end (or
similar).
