[Networker] Networker cloning session stalled, waiting for adv_file disk
2013-07-09 14:50:29
Sorry Kathy, but NW 8 will still not switch to another AFTD if one has been
filled. This is due to the fact that an AFTD per definition will never become
the status 'full' assigned.
However, it will try more to free some disk space, if possible.
>From the Admin Guide ...
When an AFTD runs out of disk space, the current backup is interrupted and the
following message displays:
Waiting for more available space on filesystem device-name
Immediately following the message, the action associated with the Filesystem
Full ? Recover adv_file Space notification occurs. By default, the action for
this notification uses the nsrim command to delete expired save sets. If enough
space is cleared, the backup continues. If the recycle setting for the volume
is manual, then the expired save sets are
not removed from the volume.
