Yeah, I've done it via email, too. But if you can't get something as
simple as an update enabler from the website, they should just throw the
whole site out, and start over ...
I was hoping someone could tell me how I could do it myself, immediately,
without having to get someone to help me, and wait for the next day.
That's what the website should be for. IMO, of course.
