There is only one set of Windows enablers, no matter whether you use 32 or 
64bit. 
You can easily verify that when you lookup the evaluation enablers in the 
Licensing Guide.
So the enablers will be fine.

However your host id would change as it does not depend on the name and IP at 
all. That is beneficial whenever you must change the IP address later.
There is only scenario where the host id is directly related to the IP: NW for 
Linux.
Consequently you will need to do a host transfer but not a platform transfer.
