In general a notifications is defined by these 3 parameters:
- an event (a condition)
- a priority (a timeout, although you do not really see a time value)
- an action (the command to execute)
And because you do not really know when it is executed, it is wise not to
create a new one - just modify the action, if necessary.
For example, a tape mount request notification
- starts as a 'Warning'
- then escalates after a some minutes to an 'Alert'
