Hi folks,

We are in the process of setting up a new NMC server (RHEL6, NMC version
8.0.1.3.build.155). Several of us can connect without problems but we have a
couple users who cannot connect to the new NMC. They get the log in screen,
type in their username and password and then the GUI never opens. It is not a
password problem because if they enter the wrong password, they get an error.
The only error I see in the logs is:

gstd SSL critical Unable to complete SSL handshake: An error occurred as a
result of an SSL protocol failure

I have searched support.emc.com and cannot find anything about what this means.
I've checked the error message guides and found nothing relevant. Anyone have
any ideas?

Thanks.
Teresa
