Hi,
the header of the tape is overwritten, the data on the tape are not 
recoverable. This often happens on Windows server. The removable storage 
manager services should
be deactivated. The root cause is, that another initiated a command on the 
device, which was just written by NetWorker and the device rewinded the tape.
NetWorker reopens the tape to write the next data and overwrites the header 
with data. When NetWorker unloads the tape he looks for the header if this 
option is switched
on and sees that the lable at the header is overwritten.
The the tape is marked suspect like in this case.
