Thanks, that's what I was thinking, just wasn't for sure if anyone was doing it

Hi,

We are using Avamar/NetWorker as well.
MetaData is running to a pool with DDBoost volumes.
AFTD will work great as well though. But as long as the DataDomain is there, 
why not use it.....

I'm setting up a new environment and wanted to see what kind of device everyone 
was using for their Avamar Metadata.

Documentation states an AFTD, but since my AFTD will be pointing to an NFS 
share on a Data Domain, would using a DD Boost device make more sense, or 
possible something completely different.

Just wanted to see what everyone else was doing.
