nsrexecd -f Path_To_File. Default is /nsr/res/servers. If I remember
right this -s is usually configured via nmc, Globals (1 of 2) Server
network interfaces.
Any of initial Solaris/Redhat startup script haven't any kind of hint of
-s flag.
