Instead of printing a hard copy we email it to several mailboxes. I made an
arrangement for our offsite tape storage vendors to email a copy to them and I
send a copy to my personal email account as well as my and my backup's email
boxes at work. As you said there is no company information in it and it is
useless without access to the tapes and hardware to use the information.

Afternoon everyone,
I'm looking to see what others do with their boot strap reports? I know some
will print a hard copy (send it offsite with tape media), send to external
email (but not so great if your company doesn't like the idea of 3rd parties...
even though no company info is in it). I'm looking at other ideas/options
right now. Basically I'd like to be able to have the option in a worse case
scenario, say no network access/exchange is down (can't get copy in our company
email), the hard copy we keep onsite burned down with the datacentre/where we
store it, sending it offsite once a week is not very valid as once it goes
offsite half the bootstrap is now invalid (and we can't send it off daily as
they charge too much per delivery...). My only other idea is sending it to our
blackberry services and storing it there...
