[Networker] Advice needed on upgrade and migration of NW 7.6.2 to NW 8

I would use the following procedure:
1. Rename the NW Server now
2. Install the new HW with the same name
3. Move the server to the new HW
4. Upgrade to version 8
This ensure that you have a known good running environment before you upgrade.
