One method is what has been listed before, but use the number days.  For
example, four months ago is 18*7=126 days ago.  The mminfo query could be
from 126-133 days ago, or it could be from 119-126 days ago, depending on
which week you're looking for.  Another method would be to list any
non-recyclable (-q notrecyclable) tapes in in the library (-q near, or -q
location=<library_name>).

When you're satisfied with the command, make certain your process is well
defined.  There is a risk of withdrawing tapes that are in the library for
a recovery.  There is also a risk that the withdrawal script is removing
previously used tapes that were deposited, but not used before the
withdrawal script was run, thus removing them from the library again
without being used.
