Hello Tony,

The following steps would help you create a pool in NetWorker

1) Login to the NW Server using the NMC
2) Go to the Media tab and then select Media pool.
3) Right click Media pool and select New.
4) Give the pool a name that you like. Select the pool type as Backup for 
backup pool or Backup clone for a clone pool depending on your requirement.
5) Select a label template if you already have created one or simply select OK 
for NW to assign one.
6) Add groups, Clients, save set etc that you would like to make use of this 
pool
7) Select any specific drives that you would like to use when running a 
backingup/restoring
8 ) Click OK and you are all set.

Once the pool has been created you will have to label tapes to this pool.
