 We need to define exactly which is which and what needs to be running

 Right now, gst and friends are running on both the networker server
 (CentOS6) and console client (CentOS). I can telnet fine to both ports
 on both machines. Turning gst off on the networker server does not
 change this.

 In general, should gst only run on one machine, and which then? The
 console server, i.e. in my case, the CentOS5 machine?
