Hi,

I have received a number of backup tapes that I need to restore data from which
include Exchange stores and loose documents. I have setup an environment but
don't have any details of the tapes. What information would I need to perform
an index and restore the data?

I have tried scanning in the tapes but I am getting the following error below.
I have tried adjusting the maximum block size which I read could be causing an
issue but I still have the same problem.

Any help would be great.
