Teresa is right - you are just showing us some save set but no volume info. 
Look at a volume and open it with a double-click. A window opens which shows 
you the save sets. Sort them by time and you will see which has not expired yet.

Do not forget: NW will only overwrite/relabel a media when he needs it. He will 
not just relabel it automatically because it has expired. He will delete the 
save set entries though. The reason is to preserve the data in case you will 
need it. The data recovery will be more complex but it will still be possible.
