I have seen issues with hanging groups for many years now. The
problem is usually when Windows clients are involved. The only remedy
for this is the "Hard runtime limit" which I set to 1410 minutes for the
group of Windows desktops which hangs almost every day.

did and the problem is still occuring. The savegroups are random and I have a
case open with EMC but was wondering if anybody else is having this issue using
7.6.3.*. If anybody has some suggestions on things to try or help fix the
problem would be great. We are using NetWorker on Windows platform.
