EMC NetWorker 8.0 provides experimental support for RTM versions of the Windows 
8 and Windows Server 2012 operating systems. This support is provided to allow 
customers to test and experiment with Windows 8 backups and recoveries using 
the NetWorker 8.0 Windows Client in non-production environments. There is no 
experimental support for NetWorker Server, NetWorker Storage Node or NetWorker 
Application Modules on Windows Server 2012 at this time. If customers encounter 
any issues we are interested in any feedback customers are willing to share. 
EMC cannot, however, commit to troubleshoot, provide workarounds, or provide 
fixes for this "experimental support."
 
NetWorker production support for Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 is planned 
within 90 days of the Microsoft RTM dates, as per standard EMC policies.

Has anyone attempted (I know it's not supported!) backing up a Microsoft 
Windows 8 or Server
2012 system with NetWorker 7.6.3?  If you have - how'd it work?
