check /nsr/index to see if there is a /nsr/index/oopsclient
Remove that directory.
That had already been done, sorry for not mentioning that in the initial
question.
When I delete a client I also run nsrck -Y -R oopsclient
Since we don't have a long browse time on our clients, I typically don't
mind letting the index directories hang around for a while even after
we've deleted a client. By the time we actually delete a client, there
usually isn't much in the index directory anyway, so they're not using
up much space on /nsr.
I usually go through and clean out old client directories a couple times
a year.
