P.S. we may have figured out the issue with the windows scheduler too...
If we run the scripts with an extra set of quotes it works... We are
thinking the pathing may have been messed up... going to reboot the box
again tomorrow and see if that fixes otherwise go back to a new bot
account... /shrug
