I am guessing your NetWorker server has multiple NIC cards. If that is the case
ensure all the IP's on the NetWorker server are updated in the clients hosts
file. The error should go away.

We are having a problem,
We have three file systems getting backed up.
/, /boot, /ftp.
Both / and /boot is working fine, but /ftp i am facing an error Authentication
error: Invalid client credtential.
This error is killing me since a long time.
Any help is highly appreciated.

More info:
We use host file recognition, no DNS.
Version installed is 7.6.2 on client and Networker server as well.
I tried a mnaul backup thriugh client and i got an error for /ftp and not other
Filesystems.
57777:save:Multiple client instances of sbkprdftp3, using the first entry
/ftp/xferlog.1.2011-05-22.gz
lost connection to server, exiting
