[Networker] nw7.4 on linux recover command rpc error
2011-11-10 12:06:05
On one Linux node I have a problem with recover command
nnis1-nds:~> recover
recover: Reverse DNS lookup failed for address 127.0.0.2
Warning: could not establish job id with jobd. Continuing on.
Block device required
Could not connect to server.
recover: RPC error: Program not registered
recover: Cannot start session with server nnis1-nds: RPC cannot make a
procedure call: Create failed: Program not registered
As you can see, the command tries to connect the own host, but why ?
a "recover -s backupserver" is working fine
the file "/nsr/res/servers" contains only one entry: "backupserver"
Are there any other resourcess on a linux host, which contain the name of the
default networker-server?
