Networker server with DataDomain as disk backup device

NW server v 7.6.1
DDOS v 4.9.2.6-226914

Running backup to disk.
Disk goes full.
All running groups wait for free space.
Disk space is freed by admin, and all jobs are resumed and completed; 
except index backups that was not yet started, they never start and hang.
(index backups in progress completes)

Known issue ?
