[Networker] VADP BACKUPS are successful but the SAVESET size is 0 KB

Hi All,
Any one seen this? We are using ESX 4.0. I have about 60 clients in the
group all going to the same storagenode.
Configuration is the same for all the clients. But for some clients I am
seeing 0 KB for the saveset size. Any ideas??
savegrp: suppressed 53 lines of output.
Using 'hotadd' as the transport mode for Hard disk 1.
Starting NetWorker save operation.
