Hello all

Solution an cause of this problem:

Cause:
backupserver client name was "hostname" while storagenode name was "FQDN"

Solution:
delete and recreate storagenode with "hostname" (first delete devices, then do
rescan)
stop NW services, then delete nsr/tmp folder and restart services

Regards
Eivind

You are probably better off submitting a service request to EMC via PowerLink
to work on this case with you.
