Subject: [Networker] Notifications

Does anyone know how to configure a notification that will alert us if a
LIBRARY goes offline?

I have set up notifications in the past to tell us when drives go offline or
into service mode, but I don't see anything straightforward to alert us on the
library itself going offline.
