Yes - logasm just sets a flag to skip size checking on a per file basis after a 
save or recover, there's nothing different about the way it saves or recovers 
the file other than skipping that part of the validation check.
The "expected" file size is recorded at save time, and it's this file size that 
the recovered file is being checked against, hence the warning message.

All logasm does is let NetWorker know you're not concerned about file changes. 
It doesn't take out any additional locks, checks, etc. From recollection with 
logasm used, recover will not produce a message about the file having changed, 
though it's been a long time since I've tested and my memory may be hazy.
