Hi - I could be wrong, but i believe one needs the cmd.exe "/c " option to 
execute another script or command ... I Know if i dont use it here, it won't 
run my second script...  interactively anyhow... :\

try to add a cmd.exe command before your script...

precmd: "c:\\windows\\system32\\cmd.exe C:\\PHA_Scripts\\SuspendSourceOne.CMD";
and so on for the pstcmd...
