  If you liked the green gui and are tired of the tabbed monitoring view you 
should check out 7.6. We have changed
 monitoring to allow you to see anything you want at the same time. You can 
view Devices, Alerts, Logs etc.
 in whatever arrangment you choose. We even have a tear off feature. Check it 
out.

Since we're still running Solaris 7 (because of version restrictions on our ERP 
software) I still have the old nwadmin running.  Even though our Networker 
server version is 7.5.1 most of the functionality is still usable but I can't 
mount or dismount tapes with it.

I like the fact that it consolidates all of the pertinent information about a 
running backup on one screen.  Makes it easy to tell what's going on at a 
glance.
