Hi Edgar,
You can include only the active Storage groups as savesets.
Example: "MSECXH:IS/SG1" - SG1 name of the valid storage groups only.
This way you can backup only the mounted Storage groups only.

Subject: [Networker] Exclude databases or instances from exchange backup
Hello list,
can I exclude databases/instances from an Exchange backup? Because I
get these messages because this instance is deliberately shut down:
46757:nsrxchsv:Processing storage group "SG2"
52663:nsrxchsv:HrESEBackupSetup: Instance not found
(0xc7fe1f45)
52241:nsrxchsv: Exchange ESE HResult: -939647163
(0xc7fe1f45); last error: 0 (0x00000000)
30902:nsrxchsv:No databases are mounted.
46767:nsrxchsv:Completed backup of SG2 Status:
0xc7fe1f45 unknown error -939647163 (0xc7fe1f45)
Some info:
server: NW 7.6 on Win2008R2
client: NW 7.5.2.build.452 on Win2003SP2 cluster
Thanks, regards, Edgar.
