Backup savesets are owned by client id, not client name.

Client id's can be reassigned, but cannot be deleted from the media database 
once created.


Method one:  On the local server:

 - create a new client with the same client id that was on the remote site.
 - If the pool for that volume you want to scan is not define, then define it
 - run scanner command


Method two:  On the remote server:

 - define the the client you want to recover to as a client of the remote 
server, then use the remote server to perform a directed recovery.


Method three:  On the remote server:

 - use directed recover to an existing client on the remote site, then zip up 
and ftp over to the local site.
