Are you using nsrjb or NMC to withdraw the tapes?  Or, are you using a
non-NetWorker command?

I would suggest using sjirdtag to verify the contents of the library instead
of mminfo, if possible.  There are a few scenarios where mminfo isn't
properly updated, while sjirdtag is almost always correct.
