Rightfax normally dumps its database out to disk on a nightly basis.
So long as you are picking that up, you shouldn't have major issues restoring.
You may find that Rightfax is less complicated to reinstall than you
think, unless you are not under support and are concerned about licensing.
In any case, make sure you get an ASR backup. I also second the idea
about ghosting the system, and transfering it to a working array in that way.
