Hi. brerrabbit

I'd be interested in discussing this with you offline.

But I don't have your email address. It would be great if you'd send me yours.

Johannes

We are about to do this (new hardware, yea!).

Our testing so far has been very good, but we are fortunate in that our
existing Networker installation is not in the default location, but instead is
on a dedicated SAN-attached drive. So our plans are to uninstall, clone the
drive, fracture the clone, present to the new host, and install the x64 version.

We're on 7.4.4 now, and the first thought was to move to new hardware and then
update to 7.5.2, but I think now we intend to reverse that.

Still finalizing the details, and the documentation doesn't help. Also trying
to get official blessing from tech support. Note that you cannot do this for
NMC (which is not installed on our NW server), because the NMC software must
install certain components in the Program Files (x86) directory.

Happy to keep you updated, and/or discuss details offline.
