In regard to: [Networker] Networker not picking unlabeled tapes, Mario...:

When backups are running, NW is not picking unlabeled (empty) tapes to
mount when there is no more space available on the pool in use. We have
to manually label tapes and assign it to that pool BEFORE the schedule
run....

Have you turned on

        Auto Media Management

for your jukebox?  It's on the Configuration tab of the properties window
for your library.
