Trying to load Networker 7.5.1 on an AIX5.3 client.  Software loads ok but when 
I start /bin/nsrexecd, I get this error message: 

Failed to resolve the IPv6 localhost address ::1. Please verify an entry for 
the IPv6 localhost address exists in your /etc/hosts file.

My host file looks like this:
127.0.0.1       loopback localhost
192.xx.xx.xx    machine-name
::1       localhost       loopback

Any ideas what's wrong?
