Try the following

mminfo -avot -r ssid,cloneid,client,name,savetime -q client=whatever
|more

you will see something like
ssid         clone id  client    name                      date
3972946542  1255037550 whatever Y:\users\johndoe*          10/8/2009

Quite probably.  Since you already know the ssid, you can probably do
something like

        mminfo -q ssid=1234567890 -r ssid,cloneid

and then just try that with nsrmm:

        nsrmm -S 1234567890/11223344 -o notrecyclable
