Whether you flag it as an incremental or not, NetWorker will still treat it as
a manual backup, which is everything in the given path.
In fact, as of 7.5, you'll find that if you try to run a manual save command
with a level included, the command will be rejected.
If you truly want to reliably run an incremental backup, run it out of a group.
(NB: I haven't got around to testing whether you can get around this by
specifying a "last backup time" as well as the level, but I suspect that won't
work anymore either.)
