[Networker] Clients and Servers and storage nodes with multiple interfaces
2009-10-14 16:30:30
hello,
I am running legato 7.5 with a primary server, storage node and clients
that all have interfaces on different networks.
On each server or client there is one interface for regular traffic and
one for management function (ie VPN access and backups).
I'm finding that when I install the client it creates the certificate
based on the name associated with the loghost.
for example:
/etc/hosts on client
192.168.1.200 machine1.example1.com machine1 loghost
192.168.2.200 machine1.example2.com machine1-mgmt
When installing legato it creates the certificate with the name
machine1.example1.com. I want all the backups to go over example2.com
network.
Is there a way when installing the client and storage node to create the
certifcate on the other name?
