getting the following errors, have an open case but playing phone tag with emc

<ERROR> :  Error: nsr_end failed: Connection reset by peer

on a differnt group getting this error

NSR server kap-us-297nw2.kronos.com: Remote system error

is the only fix to go to 7.4.5 and what issues does upgrading bring
