Hi,

We had too many issue and failures with VSS + NMM that we rolled back to online 
Exchange backups.
With VSS + NMM it takes too long to do the initial copy that is the backup 
fails there is not enough time to run it again.
Although this technology works very well for small database sizes it is still 
immature for Enterprise environments.
