[Networker] NDMP failling
2009-10-02 10:09:44
For the past week my NDMP backups of our Celerra NAS device have been aborting
by themselves and I can't figure out why. This is what we are backing up
though NDMP:
/cifs_filesystem
/cifs_filesystem_sata
Last night's job, which is going directly to physical tape because our VTL is
currently down, says it completed 100% but has a big red circle with an x in it
next to the Status. If I open up the job details, /cifs_filesystem_sata
completed successfully but /cifs_filesystem failed with the following message:
1 retry attempted
NDMP Service Debug: The process id for NDMP service is 0xcf995b60
42794:nsrndmp_save: Performing backup to Non-NDMP type of device
42652:nsrndmp_save: DSA save time could not be retrieved, exiting..
Can anyone shed some light on this for me because I'm lost. Thanks in advance.
