So I need to get a report, that lists all files of certain types (media
files - .WMV, .MP3, etc - that have been backed up in a certain folder
from a certain server, in a certain backup window.

i.e.,

I want to dump all the file names of all the files backed up in "H:\Users"
from server "MY_SAN", that were backed up after midnight, 2009-09-26. From
that list, I will grep for only .MP3, and that user will get an email
about those files. I can get the user name from the folder name.

I realize I will need to a fair amount of sorting/grepping, etc once I get
all that data out. But how to get that data out is what's blocking me. I
can dump everything with a "nsrinfo -v -s SERVER", but then I get
everything, from all times. I haven't stumbled on the right sequence to
show me "*.MP3", for example. Nor to tell nsrinfo to show anything backed
up after midnight; it seems to want an *exact* time, according to the
Command Guide.

So what concept am I missing here?

(I can't do a search of the user folders, as only their own account has
access rights)
