Here is a sample of what i do:

saved volume / week with time 
mminfo -s server_name -r "client,name(50),sscreate(19),sscomp
(19),totalsize" -q "savetime>7 days ago,level=full" |grep -v "SYSTEM " 
|grep -v ASR: >hhh.txt

open the hhh.txt with excel put in the same cellule date and time (2x, 
start, end)
in the G colomn substract end time with start time and put the cellules in 
personalised format  hh:mm:ss

just ajust the mminfo to your needs.
