[Networker] "logfile has no output"

Hello masters,
problem like in subject. I am using Networker 7.4 on Windows 2003 Server. When
I am trying to backup servers (I am using Tape drive ultrium 2) then error
message occured.
I have check:
- every client has information about backup server in... /res/servers
- there is no any firewall between servers
- every client can resolve backup server name
- there is no any special configuration, just new installation W2k3 and
Networker server application after that the same in clients
- when I start manually backup from client - it is ok > full backup, no errors
I have read o lot of topics but I haven't found answers. If somebody can advice
me ... I will be happy :).
