I'm running 7.4.4 and need to move to 7.5.1 so I can take advantage of
the vmware additions it contains and nsrclone additions. I've read
through the install guide and looked through some posts from others
about upgrading and have come up with an action plan for upgrading:

1) Apply upgrade enabler license for the upgrade (done), get auth
code from emc licensing.

2) Make a copy of the nsr tree, and /etc/init.d/networker on the
networker server (We have a couple of things customized in
/etc/init.d/networker)

3) Run a bootstrap backup, record the volumes

4) Uninstall networker from the server (its redhat linux), install
7.5.1

5) Uninstall nw console software from nw console server, install
7.5.1 console

6) Run through step 3 for all of the other storage nodes and
dedicated storage nodes

I have two questions:

1) Do the networker server and all the storage nodes need to run
the same version? I have over 10 storage nodes and didn't know whether
or not I needed to upgrade all of them at the same time.

2) Is there anything important I'm leaving out?

Thanks.
