I did this without a jukebox in the secondary...  But I felt that the
NW server in the global zone was getting confused by seeing processes
from non-global zone.  Non-global zone one worked great.

So be careful of running.a zoned NW server ontop of a non-zoned one as
non-zoned can see zoned process list. (We ran 7.2.x in zone, 7.4.2 in
global...)
